Passing website leads to the CRM
Website leads go straight into the CRM with the right fields and the source — without copying by hand from email.
The problem
While leads are copied by hand, some of them get lost and the data about the source disappears. As a result, it is unclear which advertising works and who should call back.
Who it is for
- Leads arrive by email and are moved to the CRM by hand
- Some requests get lost or are handled late
- It is unclear where the client came from: ads, search or social media
What you get
- Every website lead appears in the CRM as a card with the right fields
- The source of the request is saved together with the lead
- The person in charge is notified of a new lead
How the work goes
- 01
You describe the process and the systems — through the form or on WhatsApp
- 02
A short conversation and, if needed, a demonstration of how everything works now
- 03
An estimate: what we do, in what order and what we need from you
- 04
Implementation step by step, checked on your data
- 05
Handover: a short instruction and what to do if something goes wrong
What you will need
- Which CRM is used and whether it has an API or a built-in way to receive leads
- What the website is built on and who has access to it
- A list of the fields needed in the card
Limits — honestly
- If the CRM has no API or suitable way to receive data, I will suggest an alternative — or honestly say that it will not work
- I confirm the specific systems and the way to connect after the estimate — not every system gives the access needed
- Passwords and access keys are not accepted through the form — we pass them separately once we agree
Example
A clinic receives leads from three forms on its website. After the setup, every lead goes into the CRM tagged with the page and the advertisement the person came from.
