Moving data from Excel to a CRM
We move clients, orders and history from Excel spreadsheets into a CRM: with duplicate cleanup, checks and no loss of data.
The problem
A CRM's built-in import expects a tidy table, while a real Excel file means merged cells, duplicates and different date and phone formats. Moving it "as is" means moving the mess.
Who it is for
- A business has kept its records in Excel for years and is switching to a CRM
- The data is scattered over several spreadsheets and file versions
- You already tried an import and ended up with a mess in the CRM
What you get
- The data in the CRM in an agreed structure: clients, contacts, deals or orders
- A transfer report: how many records were moved, what was merged and what needs a manual decision
- The original files stay untouched
How the work goes
- 01
You describe the process and the systems — through the form or on WhatsApp
- 02
A short conversation and, if needed, a demonstration of how everything works now
- 03
An estimate: what we do, in what order and what we need from you
- 04
Implementation step by step, checked on your data
- 05
Handover: a short instruction and what to do if something goes wrong
What you will need
- A sample of the spreadsheets (can be anonymized) and a description of what they hold
- Which CRM and which fields are needed in it
- A person on your side who knows which data is current
Limits — honestly
- Decisions about disputed data — which of two phone numbers is the right one — are yours
- We move clients' personal data only under an agreed access procedure
- I confirm the specific systems and the way to connect after the estimate — not every system gives the access needed
- Passwords and access keys are not accepted through the form — we pass them separately once we agree
Example
A building maintenance company keeps its clients in four Excel files. The transfer merges duplicates, brings phone numbers to one format and creates cards in the CRM with the order history.

- Price
- From 300 USD; the exact price — after I see a sample of the spreadsheets
